- Are these products pharmaceutical grade
All of our products are made with the highest quality ingredients. All of our powerful Muscle Building Supplements are designed to produce significant results with minimal side effects. Our products do not require a prescription.
- How fast will I see results?
Assuming proper diet and training are in place and that the user is not abusing his body with recreational drugs, results are usually seen in 2-3 weeks. We can not predict or determine what a customers diet, exercise routine & lifestyle habits will be
- Are there any side effects and what should i do if i experience any?
All of our products can be used with little to no side effects. However, side effects can include: Elevated body temperature, increased heart rate, sweating, restlessness, higher energy levels and shakiness. It is important to note that these issues are not common, but some users may experience these effects while on a cycle.
A notable incidence of side effects may indicate a need to stop or discontinue use. If you are pregnant, lactating/nursing, suffer from a medical condition, have low/high blood pressure, gastric ulcer or are taking prescription drugs, do not use these products. As with all dietary supplements, consult a physician or medical professional before use.
- Will I lose the muscles I've gained once I stop taking your products?
Our products are designed to help you keep all gains made even after use is discontinued. However, this is only possible with proper training and nutrition both during and after your cycle is complete.
- How do I create an account?
You may choose to checkout as a guest or create an account. Creating an account, you will be able to store all contact information and addresses, access your order history with us and have all tracking information in one place. If you choose to check out as a guest, you will not have these features.
Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

Click the Your Account link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt delivery times, anytime, anywhere with little warning.
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service.
Orders received before 1pm CST Monday - Friday are shipped same day.
Order received on weekends or during holidays, will be shipped the following business day.

**Our shipping labels are printed with the exact information you provide. If you give invalid or incomplete shipping information the package will be returned. You are then responsible for the reshipment fee to the correct address.**
- HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER & HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY?
Tracking information is sent to the email address provided on the order.
Please allow 24-48 hours after you received the "shipped" notification before tracking is available on the courier's website. You can sign up for email and/or text alerts while the package is in transit on the courier website also.

Estimated delivery time is between 2-5 business days.

International Orders
Estimated delivery time is 2-14 business days. Please allow several business days after your order has shipped to exit the USA, before you can start tracking on www.usps.com.
For international customers outside the United States who wish to buy our products, please note that we only ship to customers in Canada, Australia, England and Wales. We also require that the billing country address be the same as the shipping country address to process all credit card orders. Please be aware that each country may have its own specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may impact our ability to ship your order and your ability to receive it. Certain products may not be shipped to all countries because it may contain an ingredient that is banned in a nutritional supplement. Should we become aware that a product cannot be shipped into a country, we will cease all shipments of such product to that country and notify any customer who has placed an order for that product. However, you may wish to check with your country’s customs office to understand any regulations or restrictions that may apply to the products you are ordering. Please be aware that your country’s customs office or other governmental jurisdiction may delay your order or reject it outright from being delivered to you.
We charge $35 to export all international packages. However, different countries may have different rules and regulations regarding customs and their duties/taxes within their area. This is something we unfortunately have no control over. There is a possibility that you will need to pay an additional duty to your customs office to receive the package. Please note again, this duty is not coming us at Dynamic Sports Nutrition, however is the sole decision of your countries Government policies. You may want to contact your customs office and request additional information. - Delivery & Service Delays
Shipment arrival dates are estimates in accordance with the carriers and Customs officials. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, Holidays, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
We have absolutely zero control over any Customs agency and can not "speed" up the process for items to be cleared.

HOW WILL THE PURCHASE APPEAR ON MY BANK STATEMENT?

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We believe our products must live up to your highest expectations, and our service must live up the quality of our products. If for any reason you need to return your order it's easy!
We offer a 60 day money back guarantee for all products.
Unopened products, a 15% restocking fee is applied.
Opened products, a 25% restocking fee is applied.
*Free bottles MUST be included with the return. If the free product(s) is returned with a broken safety seal, or not returned at all, the listed retail price will be used to adjust the refunded amount.
Shipping charges are absolutely non-refundable.
Return Instructions:
Mail your order to the address listed on the side of the bottle. Please include your name AND order confirmation number on the package. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the return. You are notified via email when your refund has occurred. All returns are subject to Refund Policy. Please call us directly for more information regarding your individual refund.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
It can take up 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, once we've issued it.
Any inquiries regarding when the funds will be available back in your account, should be directed at your bank.
WHY IS MY CARD BEING DECLINED?
1- If you receive a "Declined" message, please contact your credit card company. Only they can tell you why its being declined, we can not.
2- If your order is "Under Review" in order for your purchase to be approved, your Billing Street Address and Zip Code must match your address on your credit card statement.

DO I PAY A SALES TAX?
There are no sales taxes applied to any purchase. International shipments (outside the USA) may be subject to your countries Import Duties/Taxes, for which you are responsible. 15% refund policy is applied to packages returned due to non-payment of duties.

- How do I find my product and navigate the site?
All products we carry are listed on the left hand side of the screen. You can buy individual bottles or take advantage of our many promotions, all of which are located on the site for your convenience. We have videos on each of our products that thoroughly explain them. Dosage instructions and product ingredients are located on each products page.
- How do I use a coupon?
We offer various coupons at various times. You may go to our Specials Page and sign up for coupons there. Coupons are not a "discount" off items. Coupons are for free products to be used in conjunction with any purchase. You MUST have items to be purchased in your shopping cart before the coupon code can be applied. Use the gold box at the top of the checkout screen to enter the coupon code you have.
If you have trouble getting your coupon code to work, please type in the comments section of your order, the name of the coupon code AND the name of the free product you would like to receive with your purchase. If applicable, and you do qualify for the free product, we will edit your order to reflect the free offer.
