If you want to run a powerful and effective cycle you’ll find a Trenbolone cycle to be the most effective of all; in-fact, if you already know anything about the hormone or have any experience just mentioning it has probably excited you just a little bit. Of course the most obvious question is when should you run your Trenbolone cycle and the answer is pretty much anytime you want. Tren, as it is commonly known is truly one of the most versatile Supplements we have at our disposal and can be used in both bulking and cutting cycles. While it can be very useful for both types of cycles it is perhaps more effective in cutting cycles and if you were to choose only one period of use it is the cutting phase you will find most beneficial.

Generally most will find Tren to come in three common forms; Trenbolone-Acetate, Parabolan (Trenbolone-Hexahydrobencylcarbonate) and Trenbolone-Enanthate. All three forms will get the job done as all three contain the identical Tren hormone with the difference simply being the ester. However, while this is the case with many Muscle Building Supplements such as with Testosterone it appears the ester makes a much larger difference here than with most Muscle Building Supplements. For most in most cases we highly recommend choosing Trenbolone-Acetate if that is an obtainable option. To begin, Tren-a as it is most commonly known is a little more powerful than the other forms but more importantly it is far easier to control, it is easier to maintain stable blood levels and if intolerable side-effects do occur this is the form you’ll want in your system. The reason is simple; Tren-a is based on a very small ester with a very short half-life and should side-effects become a problem you can simply discontinue use and have them dissipate rather quickly; the same cannot be said of the other forms.
Below we have provided you a sample Trenbolone cycle for a beginner, a first time Tren user and a Trenbolone cycle for a more experienced Tren user. In truth, the basic beginner cycle will be enough for most men regardless of experience; you can stay with the more moderate plan each and every time and still receive amazing gains each and every time. We have simply provided you some sample options; these are not the only options you have, we have simply given you what we believe to be the best ones but there are truly numerous from which you can choose. It should be noted all examples are based on using Trenbolone-Acetate.
Your First Trenbolone Cycle:
For your first Trenbolone cycle you will need to keep the dose very moderate. Tren can be a very harsh compound in some and you’ll need to see how your body reacts to it before you consider higher doses. Make no mistake you’ll still receive some amazing gains; even the smallest amount of Tren can do more for you than most Muscle Building Supplements and more than many other Muscle Building Supplements even at a large dose. For our first Trenbolone cycle we will stack it with testosterone; in-fact, we’ll include testosterone in each Trenbolone cycle we complete. The reason is simple; Tren greatly suppresses our natural testosterone production; regardless of how special you may believe you are this testosterone suppression is guaranteed. As testosterone is essential to our health it only makes sense to supplement with some form and as it will only enhance your Tren use it will provide you even more benefits. For this simple Trenbolone cycle we will begin at 50mg every other day. If this is tolerated well, if desired the next go around we can increase the dose to 75mg every other day but we do not have to. If you run 75mg the next time and begin to show adverse effects simply reduce the dosing back to your comfortable and tolerable level. We will also supplement in an 8 week burst yet our total cycle will be a little longer; generally at least 10 weeks with 12 being far more preferable and 16 weeks being just fine if desired. A sample Trenbolone cycle of this nature might look like this:
- Week 1-6 Dianabol 30mg-50mg every day
- Week 5-12 Tren-a 50mg every other day
- Week 1-12 Testosterone 500mg-600mg per week
Premium Trenbolone Cycle:
This type of Trenbolone cycle will be for the very experienced user; someone who is not only experienced with Muscle Building Supplements but with Tren as well. In this instance we have actually provided you with two samples; an off-season Trenbolone cycle and one for cutting as well. The doses will be higher and there will be more Muscle Building Supplements in play. If you run into trouble at any time please be smart and discontinue use. Most healthy adult men will be fine but because we are all unique individuals some may run into problems. The sample cycles are as follows:

- Week 1-8 Testosterone 200mg-250mg every other day (Long Ester)
- Week 9-14 Winstrol 50mg every other day
- Week 9-14 Tren-a 100mg every other day
- Week 9-16 Testosterone 200mg every other day (Short Ester)
- Week 15-16 Winstrol 100mg every day
- Week 15-16 Tren-a 100mg every day
